These doctors were the first to draw attention of the UK government based on the research and studies establishing Black Asian and Minority Ethnicity (BAME) as independent risk factors for acquiring COVID-19 infections in health care worker at NHS. This study featured in Channel 4 prime time news and the studies were submitted as evidence for parliamentary committee review for unequal impact of coronavirus on BAME.
